Felli Loss

A second year Military Arts student in the Academy City Zuellni and the Psychokinesis user for the 17th platoon. Like most Psychokinesis users, Felli's brain receives a great influx of information, and is able to handle the strain of responding to every bit of information. Felli is the younger sister of the Student Council President, Karian Loss.
